Introduction

At Kiddo Bazaar ([https://www.kiddobazaar.pk](https://www.kiddobazaar.pk)), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or if there is an issue with the product, we are here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your items. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.

  • Items showing signs of usage, accidental damage, or wear and tear by the customer will not be accepted for a return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to kiddobazaarr@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 03263321761.

  2. Include your Order Number and a brief description of why you want to return or exchange the product.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you want to return an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges to send the item back to our warehouse.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping and handling fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or completely different from what you ordered:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear photos or a short video of the defective item.

  • Once verified, Kiddo Bazaar will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you. We will bear all exchange shipping expenses in this case.

5. Refund Processing (For COD & Prepaid Orders)

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since we cannot refund cash directly, the refund will be transferred securely via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct Bank Transfer. Our team will contact you to collect your preferred account details.

  • For Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card): The amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or financial institution to reflect the transaction in your account statement.
