All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after verification.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your address before dispatching. Unverified orders may experience delays or automatic cancellation.

If we experience a high volume of orders (such as during Eid sales or school holidays), shipments may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times and charges are calculated based on your location:

Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via SMS and/or Email. This notification will include:

4. Shipping Restrictions & Guidelines

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with an active mobile number. Kiddo Bazaar will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details.

Our courier riders are strictly instructed to collect the cash amount before handing over the sealed parcel for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Open-box deliveries before payment are not permitted by courier policies.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Kiddo Bazaar takes extreme care in packing your delicate items using secure bubble wraps and boxes.

If your parcel arrives in a physically damaged or torn condition from the outside, please take a photo/video before accepting it and contact our support immediately.

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit by the courier company, we will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement shipment for you at no extra cost.
